In fact, we saw some of the best Black Friday deal previews in early October. Although Black Friday is a one-day shopping event, over the years it's morphed into a whole season of discounts. These sales now span from early October through the end of December.

What stores have the best Black Friday laptop deals?

Amazon, Best Buy, Target, and Walmart are just some of the stores that offer the best Black Friday laptop deals. If you're shopping for a Dell or Alienware laptop, Dell's Black Friday sale generally has the best discounts. However, it's always good to compare prices among retailers to ensure you get the best deal.

If you're waited this long to buy a MacBook, your patience has paid off. Apple's costly laptops are known to get considerable discounts on Black Friday.
